Small Claims & Tribunals

We assist small claims, tribunals, and ticket defence subject to a few conditions:

1. You do not require us to provide you with a criminal defence.
2. Your matter does not need to be heard in an Alberta Superior Court. 
3. You do not need legal opinions or help with reserved matters of law.

For these cases, we will refer you to a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Our mission is to help you win your case, by negotiated settlement or by court decision.

We offer flexible pay-as-you-go arrangements starting at $125 per hour.
